What My Clients Say
Hear from my clients who have experienced the transformative impact and value of my coaching sessions.
The coaching sessions provided a great space for me to explore my thoughts and ideas. Isaac helped me work on an initial goal and uncover limiting beliefs, which we then explored further. The sessions were supportive and occasionally challenging, which I appreciated. Isaac’s warm, calm, and confident approach created the safe space I needed. I gained so much from the experience and highly recommend him as a coach.

Isaac is a fantastic coach. Our time together helped me reach my goals faster and more effectively than I ever imagined. Isaac’s ability to listen, understand, and challenge me productively made all the difference. After each session, I felt more confident and able to tackle the limiting beliefs that had held me back. He helped me go beyond surface-level issues to address deeper challenges, making a real impact on my personal growth.

These coaching sessions have been incredibly valuable, helping me complete two drafts of a long-delayed script, now ready to share. They also offered fresh perspectives on daily challenges and led to a big shift in how I view an ongoing health issue, leaving me feeling lighter. Thanks, Isaac—this experience has truly propelled me forward.

I went through a very deep and meaningful process during the short time Isaac and I had the meetings. He taught me tools and techniques that I know I will apply throughout my life in order to truly become a more complete and self-confident person. I will always thank him for that.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac for three coaching sessions, and it was a truly transformative experience. He created a safe space for me to share my thoughts and challenged me to reflect on limiting beliefs impacting my productivity and well-being. We explored thinking patterns, practiced mindful breathing exercises, and worked on silencing my self-judgment. Isaac’s guidance helped me see myself in a new light and take meaningful steps toward greater self-awareness. His impact has been lasting, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow through his coaching.

Working with Isaac during coaching sessions has been an incredibly enriching experience. His empathy and active listening create a safe space for meaningful conversations. Isaac’s thoughtful questions and insightful prompts challenge you to reach your best outcomes. After each session, I left with a deeper self-understanding or a clear, actionable plan. His insights often stayed with me, sparking reflection long after our conversations. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with such an outstanding coach and highly recommend him.

What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take action toward what matters most to you. Coaching focuses on the present and future, supporting you to move forward with intention rather than analysing the past.
How is life coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Coaching is forward focused. It supports growth, confidence, and decision making. Therapy and counselling often focus on healing past trauma or mental health conditions. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy and works best when you are ready to take action and create change.
Who do you work with?
I specialise in working with women in tech and business who feel stuck, undervalued, or hesitant to speak up. Many of my clients are high achievers who struggle with confidence, visibility, imposter syndrome, or work life balance.
What challenges do clients usually bring to coaching
Common topics include confidence at work, speaking up in meetings, career progression, motivation, self doubt, burnout, boundaries, and navigating change in both professional and personal life.
How do coaching sessions work?
Sessions take place online via Zoom. Each session is a safe, confidential space where we explore your goals, challenges, and next steps. Coaching is tailored to you, there is no one size fits all approach.
How long is a coaching session?
Sessions usually last between 60 minutes, depending on the package and format agreed in advance.
How many sessions do I need?
Some clients gain clarity in just a few sessions, while others choose to work together over a longer period to create deeper and more sustainable change. This is something we discuss during the free introductory call.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a free introductory call so we can explore what you would like support with and see if coaching feels like the right fit for you.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, in line with professional coaching ethics.
Do you offer group coaching?
Yes. I run group coaching and peer based coaching sessions, including The GROWing Pair Group Coaching programme, which allows participants to learn through observation, reflection, and real coaching in action.
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching is most effective if you are open, curious, and willing to reflect and take action. If you are unsure, a free intro call is the best way to explore whether coaching is the right next step for you.
How do I get started?
You can book a free introductory call through the website. From there, we will discuss your goals and agree on the best way to work together.
